STEP 1

Download the PDF file and print both A4 pages. Don’t use the “fit to page” setting. The scale must be 100%. Ensure the pages are taped together and don’t overlap. Check the accuracy of your page size by placing a bank card inside the green block. The card should fit exactly.

Place a board or solid object on the blue line so that your heel is lined up correctly. It’s best to wear some socks, not just to keep ya tootsies warm, but to give a more accurate size. Stand up and put the relevant foot right up against the board. By standing you ensure that your feet are completely flat giving a more accurate measurement.

STEP 3

You need to use a pen to mark where the longest point of your foot is. It is easier if you have some one to help mark where your toes finish. Use the longest size as your measurement. Take note the sizing for juniors, ladies or men.
Voila!!
The size you marked on your page should be your correct UK (used in SA) shoe size.
